We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return
Email us at fitmaxgearsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return your original order and place a new one.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, opened hygiene products (such as mouth guards or breathing trainers), and items showing signs of use or wear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
